Child safety standards
LINKUP is a professional networking app for founders and builders aged 16 and older. This page explains how we prevent, detect, report, and respond to child safety risks, including child sexual abuse and exploitation.
1. Age restriction
LINKUP is intended for people aged 16 and older, or a higher minimum where local law requires. We do not knowingly allow users below the applicable minimum age to create accounts. Sexualized content involving anyone under 18 is prohibited, regardless of account eligibility.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE
We prohibit child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualized content involving minors. Content or behavior that violates these standards is not allowed on LINKUP.
3. Reporting and moderation
Users can report profiles, messages, photos, and other content through the in-app report and block tools. Reports are reviewed by the LINKUP operator or authorized safety reviewers to keep the platform safe.
- We may restrict or remove reported content and accounts.
- We may limit messaging, discovery, or account access while a report is reviewed.
- We may preserve evidence or records as needed for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
4. Escalation
If we identify child sexual abuse or exploitation content, or receive a credible report of such content, we may disable the account, remove the content, preserve relevant records, and escalate to the appropriate authorities or reporting body when required by law.
5. User contact and safety point of contact
LINKUP operator and child safety contact: Tanaka Gaadzikwa — tanakaprince49@gmail.com
This address can be used for child safety reports, privacy questions, and account deletion requests.
6. Policy scope
This published standard applies to LINKUP, our professional networking app, and to the community spaces we operate for founders and builders.
